For decisions about your own situation, check with the agency concerned or a qualified professional, such as an estate attorney or a tax preparer.

Every figure should trace to a cited source, and we prefer federal agencies (the FTC, SSA, VA and IRS), state law and industry surveys such as the NFDA's. Each guide shows the date it was last checked. If you spot a mistake, email corrections@endoflifetools.com and we will fix confirmed errors promptly.

No. There is no advertising on the site. We earn money from printable planning kits and from labeled partner links.

Yes. The calculators, checklists and planners are free to use with no account. The one exception is the Simple Will Maker, which is a paid product.

No. The free tools run entirely in your browser, and nothing you type into them is sent to our servers. Some tools, such as the checklists, save your progress in your browser's local storage on your own device, so you can come back later. Clearing your browser data removes it.

No. The site sets no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and counts page views, referrers, country, device and browser type in aggregate, and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous performance numbers. See the privacy policy for details.

We store your email address, where you signed up and the dates in our database and our email provider so we can send the checklist. You then get a short series of four practical emails over about two weeks, and after that only occasional important updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we never sell or share email addresses.

They are printable and fillable workbooks and planners for jobs such as arranging a funeral, settling an estate, claiming VA burial benefits, writing a eulogy and recording your own wishes. Every PDF comes in US Letter and A4, and there is a bundle with all six.

You see your download links straight after checkout, and we email them to you as well. Links are signed and expire after 7 days. If yours has expired, request fresh links from the downloads page using the email address you bought with.

Yes. The fillable PDFs work in free apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview and most web browsers. You can also print them and write by hand.

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying. Email support@endoflifetools.com and we will refund you.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe, not to us. From Stripe we receive your name, email, billing country, the product and the amount. We keep order records so we can do our accounting and re-send your downloads.

Kits are licensed for personal and family use. Please do not resell or redistribute them. You are welcome to print as many copies as you need for your own family.

No. Your answers stay in your browser's local storage on your own device. We never receive or store them. After you buy, an unlock token is also stored locally in your browser.

A will is valid when it is signed correctly under your state's law, however it was written. That usually means signing in front of two adult witnesses, and most states also allow a self-proving affidavit signed before a notary. The Simple Will Maker is a self-help document tool, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. You are responsible for signing it correctly.
