What we can help with
- Orders, downloads and refunds for the planning kits and the Simple Will Maker.
- Problems using a tool or reading a page on the site.
- Factual errors in a guide.
- Questions about how the site handles your data.
- Suggestions for guides and tools you would like to see.
What we cannot help with
- Legal, financial or medical advice. We cannot tell you what to do about your own will, estate, taxes or health. A qualified professional can.
- Arranging a funeral or handling an estate. We are not a funeral home, law firm or government agency, and we cannot contact one on your behalf.
- Benefit claims. For Social Security or VA claims, contact the agency directly. Our guides explain the process, but we cannot see or change your claim.
Reporting an error
Email corrections@endoflifetools.com with the page address and what you think is wrong. We fix confirmed errors promptly and update the checked date on the guide. See our editorial standards.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted, email privacy@endoflifetools.com from the address we hold on file. The privacy policy explains your rights.
